I agree, I considered myself a republican for most of my 20's, then bush happened and now I'm an independent.The republican party HAS to separate its religious views from the political realities of today if it ever hopes to become relevant again.Abortion - sorry, you lost that one, it's over.Lower taxes - you won, move on to something else. I'm paying less in taxes now than I did when I was 20 even though I'm making more than 5 times as much. Gay Marriage - Grow the ***** up, gay marriage is not going to destroy traditional marriage anymore then it is going to be the ruination of the country or lead to people wanting to marry goats.Unfortunately, I think the only way to get that separation is to have a clean split between the religious nuts and the socially moderate, fiscally conservative people in the party.

The Metal Gear Solid novel really is the worst, they completely changed snake's personality. Snake kills every guard he meets and even goes out of his way to kill extra guards!The author actually has a scene where Snake yells "Merry Christmas!" while punching out a guards, he then has Snake say "Oh, I forgot to mention....Christmas came early this year"ughhhhhhh.
I've read the Foundation series (and most of Asimovs Sci-fi books) a few times.The title translation coincidence is interesting, but the rest of the hypothesis is a long stretch.I would think there is more similarity between Bin Laden and some of Frank Herbets fanatical characters in Dune, Children of Dune, Dune Messiah et al., than with Asimovs work.!

Because not every game needs multiplayer. I would rather them spend the time making a well thought out and long single player game than shorten the single player game to make room for some multiplayer portion that i will likely not even play.
