ABC has had some good shows this fall. V was good and i'll watch it again, but has anyone seen Modern Family? It's actually really funny, especially if you loved arrested. The shows that come on before and after it are ok too. Couple this in with Lost beginning next year and ABC might finally regain the popularity it had during TGIF

I really have no clue about the licensing and patent stuff around Linux and open source software.But I'm still going to say this anyway. Microsoft needs a totally proprietary system for all its software because that's its business. It can't borrow and share because then it has no point.Despite all the neckbeards assertions that "Apple is a software company that makes its own hardware", Apple makes a name for itself in the hardware field, and only has an operating system which makes that hardware really special. They have the free licence to borrow and share from the best of the open source software world because their software is really only one part of the products they sell.?

I don't have a problem with him making profits. That's the capitalist way. However, I *DO* have a problem with him making profits by trying to scare people through misrepresentation of facts and outright lying. I do have a problem with someone with extremely power friends in government making and bending laws so that he can turn a profit from the fear he generates.That's called corruption.This is no different than oil companies and market analysts telling people that heating oil will be scarce over the winter and they should stock up now just so they can inflate prices and profits.

There is a difference between charging you for a service and PATENTING YOUR DNA so you can not go to an alternative company to get your analysys.These patents are illegal. I mean seriously WTF is not MILLIONS OF YEARS OF EVOLUTION not enough "prior art" to invalidate all of these patents?
