The interesting thing that no one mentions is as soon as people switch from IE they are most likely going to switch away from using Bing as the other browsers all use Google. If I was Microsoft I'd be doing everything possible to stop people switching from IE, and if that involves using an open source renderer, then that a small price to pay for keeping billions of people using Bing.

While you are correct, the way it is described implies the force is being changed the way the magnetic and electric fields are. And while the gravitational force balances out the magnetic levitation we don't need a field theory of gravity (ie general relativity) to model the situation whereas you do directly manipulate electric and magnetic fields in EM technology; merely using F=mg is enough for a maglev train, this formulation completely avoids needing a vector force field because the field is effectively curl less and divergence less as far as the train sees it. The point is that saying it uses a gravitational force field is misleading to an absurdly huge degree. Would you describe pulleys, dams, rivers, and satellites as using gravitational force fields? While it is technically correct it heavily implies that we are actively manipulating the strength and character of gravitational fields as opposed to merely exploiting their existence.

How is the ACCUSATION of infringement a basis for punishment? Where is the blankety-blannk due process? I am perfectly OK with punishing people who are found guilty of a crime (which copyright infringement isn't) and am totally fine with someone being owing damage for infringing on copyright they are found to be doing (though not fine with the eternal copyrights that we have now), but how the heck would this ever be constitutional?Then again, if it ever comes to pass, I will personally be submitting (through a dummy corporation) every MPAA and RIAA board member repeatedly as copyright infringers.
