| Netbooks are loss leaders and at this point commodity items. Why would a company like Nokia go from the comparatively profitable smartphone market to the commodity market of netbooks? There is also the problem of negative brand image. I have an MSI wind & have also played with the Dell & HP netbooks. The experience with them is horrible. It's an unusable keyboard & some software won't even work as it assumes a larger screen resolution. Their only benefit is they are cheap. I would be hard pressed to want to buy something else from any of those brands given my negative experience. Nokia would be in the same boat, yet they would be in a worse position having gone from a position of profit to one of razor thin margins if any & also get the negative impression. That's a losing proposition. |

Unless we all grow a few more pairs of ears, it will basically sound exactly the same..
The sites for every individual baseball team are subdomains of mlb.com, so if you go to redsox.com or yankees.com for instance, you go to mlb.com. Not to mention that it's actually a really good source of baseball news similar to espn.com, and often breaks baseball-related stories (especially valuable to fantasy baseball players.)!

As America moves left of center the GOP further marginalizes itself. Keep it up, it's fun watching you sink.?
Because they like Western money. |

They must have been following the American Terrorist Protocol, there "might" be terrorist in X country so lets over run it with extreme prejudice. Just in case ,,,Granted I agree that if someone wants to end their lives in old age it should be fully endorsed and legal everywhere. However, I simply can't agree with offing oneself just because things MIGHT get bad. Cancer, sharp chronic pain, etc etc ... sure, an overdose is an option. But I can't help but think there is more to this than meets the eye. Perhaps an unhealthy co-dependent relationship where one is suicidal.I just can't help but see where the possible implications of such things lead. Where is a "cut off" point? Im 30, I might have an accident and be a quadriplegic next year, so maybe I should overdose on morphine? Where does it stop when the reasons are based on "what if?"

Personally, I don't have a problem with violent video games. On the other hand, I will say, you're limiting your creativity if you only focus on violence. Heck, Portal was one of the greatest games of recent times, and it was not based on violence (well, okay, so there was violence directed at the player, but violence was not required to progress through the game). I mean basically, it's not that I think violence in games is bad, but don't feel like violence is a requirement, because then you'll ignore a whole spectrum of gameplay mechanics.
