@art, from what I have seen and heard most of the deaths in developed countries are people with underlying issues who don't go to the doctor until it is too late.
I don't care how they feel. Feelings aren't suppose to be a part of law enforcement. The guy deserved a ticket, but he doesn't deserve to have a felony on his record for the rest of his life for a ***** pizza. The guy is just trying to make a living. He's 53 years old and stuck in a dead end job.
