i hate this kind of stuff... basically, if they can claim the dual screen concept as their concept and prove lack of pre-existing art.. then they probably have a good case. i say take them to the cleaners. as a developer i hate it when people just steal a good idea.
Maybe the mountain should be moved to Antarctica, that should prevent the remaining glacier from melting.

“Im all for nuclear power, it's an efficient method of producing energy, however using it to power a spacecraft doesn't fill me with great confidence. Spacecraft have a tendency to pretty much explode if something goes wrong, if that happened with a nuclear material on board your going to have a lot of fallout in the atmosphere that could spread radioactive material over thousands of miles.

My little brother and I had a Dukes of Hazard Big Wheel when we were little. There was a campground we'd go to every summer that had a hill with a hugely steep grade and nothing to stop you except a chain link fence at the bottom. The spinout brake had long since broken off so we wore out many pairs of shoes trying to stop without getting our ankles caught in the flying pedals. Good times..
