Models that put an end to CD and DVD sales would do far more damage to the big music labels and big movie studios then all the piracy that has ever taken place since the first video and audio cassette recorders combined. At least thatâ€™s how they would see it, personally I think they would make a ***** load more money if they dropped their prices to $5 for a DRM free movie download and 5 to 10 cents per song download, but I digressâ€¦..If movie and music downloads become the normal mode for content distribution then that also opens the door for a lot of smaller players, who used to be blocked by the high initial costs of CD/DVD production and distribution, to enter the game. If the amount of available content explodes, as it's likely to do over the next few years, then the cost of all content will come down. If the RIAA can get badly worded legislation passed in an effort to stop copyrighted p2p file sharing, it could limit more legitimate uses of that technology in the future. Yes, I know it already it is being used legitimately for things like Linux distribution, but right now itâ€™s main use is for copyright infringement.

I'm a hispanic (not Mexican), and I have never ever heard of this reputation for formality or politeness... in fact, I can't even begin to imagine why such a thing could ever be assumed by anyone.Latin America has an affinity for fowl, crude, and abusive language, and Mexico has always been a world class leader in that category. Me and my friends have been cussing like sailors since kindergarten. It's just the way things are down there, and a lot of it is influenced by Mexican media distributed across Latin America.

In most western countries, the prison system is managed largely as an attempt to rehabilitate offenders (obviously not all prisoners can be rehabilitated though). In the US, it seems (at least from the outside looking in) that it is purely punitive with no real effort to reintegrate offenders as productive members of society.The so-called "war" on drugs is also ridiculously overbearing and contributes to the massive number of people in US prisons per capita.
