Dear Apple,I will gladly stop jailbreaking my phone if you'll let me do four simple things. I want wallpaper in springboard. I want different dock appearance options. I want an email notification in the status bar. Lastly, I don't want to stop listening to an internet radio app in order to check my email or reply to a txt. Those are the only reasons I jailbreak my iPhone. My first gen iPhone had enough power to do all of this, and now my 3GS doesn't even break a sweat doing it.SignedMe

It's sad, but atroxodisse is right. CO2 levels haven't a thing to do with the environmental problems Africa is having. Heck, many of the problems stem from deforestation, which is happening at such incredible speed in Africa because it provides a booming economy in palm oil. If they stopped harmful practices (such as destruction of forests to produce said palm oil), it would devastate their already weak economy.

No, it's not. If you are in the United States, you have those rights. The Supreme Court has held that regardless of your nationality, political orientation, or criminal status you have all of the rights a citizen has. The constitution does not state only citizens have the rights, thus they are afforded to all people under US jurisdiction.
