this is what gotham would be like if the terrorists won
As crappy as it was, must have done something right, even if it was just cause it was a sequel to a good movie..

two rocks and a bottle of Sailor Jerry's, and one of those cute hostesses captain, that'll sort these shakes right out.
If the ship is smaller than the bridge, the odds are close to 1if the ship is NOT smaller than the bridge, it's much closer to 0. done!

The MPAA want to protect copyright so they.....Make it law that ISP's become the Police at the ISP's expense. = Your expense = everyones expense. Make it law that Children can be fined over $9000 per song.Make it law that Civil matters become Federal matters and the tax payers expense.Make it legal and socially acceptable to extort, intimidate and bully people into handing over thousands of dollars even if they might not even own a computer. For the defendant you have a choice of pay up or risk being bankrupted destroying your life and everything you worked for or risk costly court proceedings and feeding the lawyers copier with $1000 sheets of paper. Take it global Enjoy the monopoly on music and film limiting the rights and opportunities of artists and consumers globally. If this goes ahead we can look forward to generic ***** American films regurgitated several times over year in and year out. Same actors - Same plot line - same big explosions - same into - same ending.

taking their first outing please please me as a starting point, the good news is 1963’s famous 1-day studio wonder hasn’t been infected with the dreaded modern loudness disease but it does suffer from volume related compression/limiting which to these ears is not subtle. of course the point of the remastering was to restore the original mixes without enhancement, but they could have moved away from emi's hard limiting of the vocals and gain riding of the instruments around those vocals. otherwise known as pumping, it's unfortunately audible from the first track to the last, with the wonderful exception of "ask me why," which is essentially free from dynamic range compromise and stands out from the rest because of it. this is a clean album, particularly for its age, but if this first stereo disc is a guide to the set then legitimate questions can be asked about aesthetic and technical choices made over the four year course of the project.
