This is seriously awesome. Reminds me of back in the day when "Bog Head Mode" on Goldeneye was the thing. I was checking out the tutorial, and I really want to make one of these even though Halloween has come and gone. http://testroete.com/index.php?location=head
He donated what they needed to get their daughter treatment - not to make them rich.I think he donated the perfect amount.

At $3.99 you only have to watch 3 a month for Netflix to come out cheaper, plus you'll have instant access to over something like 15,000 Netflix on demand movies..

I think they're burying because he's a ***** attention whore. From what I figured out so far, none of his syntax is from accident, misplaced key, or even just dyslexia, it's all across the board. Just another one of digg's local attention whores, besides myself.?

To all the people that bitch about being "too cold" at the office: put on a ***** sweater.Seriously, getting warm is simple...add layers of clothing until comfortable temperature is found. However, when half the employees are sitting at their desk with sweating in short sleeve dress shirts it's too goddamn hot...when there's water dripping off the INSIDE of the windows from the condensation, it's too hot. Unless, of course, HR wants to start letting people work in swim trunks...bring a ***** sweater or sweatshirt to work and stop cranking the heat up to 85.Sincerely, Pretty much every guy at the office (and half the women)

I used to play a game called MLB Showdown. It featured a map of a baseball field, decks of cards featuring players, outcomes, etc., with various point values and a 20-sided die. It was widely accepted in the jock realm, but every bit as geeky as D&D -- only less creative and nostalgic.

Viral... yes. People will discussing it for tens of minutes...Appropriate for a device that's coming out in 3 days... when only tech-blog readers know what it is?No...

I think this article could only make some sense when the depressed person is rational, and still capable of rational thought. For some clinically depressed people, the ruminition, the writing, the eureka moments inevitably lead to them contemplating and justifying suicide. From a common sense perspetive, I disagree that ruminition should be encouraged. I read in a book that the key to stop worrying, (slight offshoot from depression), is to stop your ruminitions, and to remind yourself that they are fantasizing silly worst case scenarios that more than likely won't happen.http://www.amazon.com/Worry-Cure-Seven-Steps-Stopp ...I think I butchered the message of the book, but its worth checking out. Also, this quote is absurd"Evidence: people who felt depressed before tackling challenging math problems tend to score higher than happier test-takers"I don't want to generalize, but I would conjecture that stress/anxiety most people feel before a test or stressful situation is different than clinical depression. |
