Netbooks are a commodity. How could anyone dominate that kind of market. They've evolved into a pretty standard configuration. 10" screen, Intel Atom N270 processor, USB2 ports, video out, audio out, SD/MS card slot, webcam, touchpad. And that's it. Variation exists only in the color of the plastic. Going outside that list of specs drives the price out of the market segment.
Every one of them better than Blair.

“How was the finale weak and open-ended? I think the finale is what redeemed the final season. It was extremely poetic. All the efforts changed nothing, and all the characters were replaced by the next generation of the same thing (e.g. there was a new Omar, a new McNulty, a new Bubs, a new co-op etc. -- the circle of life). The few who actually tried to break the cycle (e.g. stop messing with the stats) got forced out. The scene where Bubs is finally allowed to come upstairs to eat, after a grueling journey, was completely heartbreaking. Carcetti, who always had good intentions, got mixed with politics and opted out of the right thing just to climb the ladder. In the end, the bad guys won and the good guys moved on. The show is extremely cynical and the finale portrayed that with amazing grace.

Looking at both of them side-by-side they share basically the same shape and both have two screens.The Nook hardly copied the look and feel of the Alex, the Nook lacks the side buttons has a much smaller multi-touch screen as opposed to the Alex's screen. The Nook's page buttons are in the same place but look to be built into the item as opposed to actual buttons. The entire basis of this case most likely rests on the idea of two screens, but again, they're completely different in terms of not just size but specs. There are only a few ways to build an e-book reader, and from what I can tell the Nook doesn't infringe anything. Sure it has a same general concept, but they're different. - just my 2 pence.

Or... you could change your culture to work less hours, change the social hierarchy so that employees don't have to grovel to their bosses... you know, that kind of stuff.But yeah, pretty lights should trump all of that

Few people realize just how much detail it's possible to get with a (relatively) cheap home astrophotography setup. Amateurs are taking pictures more detailed than anything pro's used to be able to produce only a couple of decades ago.
