Now that's what I call dedication.
Dawn of the Dead 2004 was directed by Zack Snyder.

I still hate flying. I'd rather take a 20 hour drive to Florida than fly. Just not a fan of heights..
Keywords: ASSISTED suicide. It is legal to take your own life (it used to be illegal - prosecuted if you failed and got caught) but not to help someone take theirs.!

It's not "murdering babies." It's removing a parasitic (maybe symbiotic if you consider the genetic benefit of having offspring) life-form from a woman's body. If you pulled a baby out of a woman's womb at almost any stage before the actual birth, it wouldn't survive. Ergo it is dependant in EVERY way upon the mother and it is entirely within her rights to stop it.Look, I don't believe, as a matter of principle, that a women should consider abortion a substitute for contraception. But considering that even a healthy baby can destroy a woman's life (emotionally, financially, even physically), there is no moral question about it in my mind. While it's in her body she can choose to humanely terminate the pregnancy whenever the damn hell she wants.I've heard all the arguments, but in the end it always boils down to some deep seated belief of something like a soul inside the baby, to which my response is to take your fairytale crap out of my public policy.?

I'm successfully trading fat for muscle but I want to understand why. There are at least three philosophies, which seem to contradict each other, and I do sort of a hybrid of these three. I eat lean protiens, in small amounts, my first meal being a protein shake and banana, and watch my total calorie intake. Usually dinner is my biggest meal of the day. Often times anything goes. I also exercise, although only about 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week. I do heavy cardio on a crosstrainer machine. So why is it working? Is it:1. Calories out > calories in = fat loss2. Eating small meals and concentrating on lean protiens and low carbs = fat loss3. Counting total calories and avoiding fats = fat loss (the Weight Watcher's theorem, expressed in points)

This is reminiscent of what happened with the Teenaged Mutant Hero (or ninja depending on where and when you watched the cartoon) Turtles. |
